This guide shows what you can do in your panel. One thing at a time, in plain words.

The panel is where you send orders to your customers. You pick the products, we pack them and hand them to a courier. You never touch a parcel.

What you can do here

• See the products we have, and what they cost you.
• Send an order to your customer's address.
• Watch where every parcel is.
• See your money: what you have, what you owe, and by when.
• Ask us anything, and keep the answer.
• Let your colleagues in, and decide what each of them may do.

Two things to know first

Your account is your company. You and your colleagues share the same orders, the same money and the same history.

Prices are yours. Every price you see is the price for your company. It already includes what you pay us.
