Your team (for the account owner)

This section is for the owner of the account — the person who decides who else may use it.

The team page: the people who can use the account, their role, whether they have accepted their invitation, and what each may do.
Your colleagues, and what each of them may do.

Inviting someone

Press Invite and give their email. They get a message and set their own password. You never see it.

Until they accept, they are shown as invited. You can send the invitation again.

Deciding what they may do

The permissions window for one colleague, with a switch for each thing they may be allowed to do and a sentence explaining it.
Permissions are given one by one, and each says what it hands over.

Permissions are given one at a time. Each one says what it hands over:

  • Catalogue & prices — see the products and what your company pays.
  • Orders — follow orders, parcels and documents.
  • Place orders — create and pay for orders. This spends your money.
  • Wallet — see the balance, the credit line and the invoices.
  • Manage the team — invite people and give permissions.

A section nobody has been given simply does not appear for them.

Note that following orders and placing orders are separate. Someone can watch every parcel without ever being able to spend a euro.

Switching someone off

Press Disable. They cannot sign in any more. Nothing they did is deleted — their orders and their questions stay where they are.

More than one owner

You can make a colleague an owner. Owners can do everything, including managing the team.

The last owner cannot be removed. That is what stops a company from locking itself out of its own account.
