Money: balance, credit and invoices
All your money is on one page: Wallet.
The three numbers
- Balance — money that is already yours here.
- Credit line — money we lend you, and how much of it you have used.
- Available to spend — the two together. This is what an order can use.
Putting money in
Your balance is topped up by your account manager, when your transfer arrives. You do not do it yourself in the panel.
A card is different: you save it here, and then it can pay an order or an invoice straight away.
We never see or keep your card number. It stays with the bank.
How paying with credit works
This is the part to read twice.
- You order today. If you pay from the credit line, you have borrowed that money. Nothing is due yet.
- We send an invoice. It gathers the orders you paid on credit. You see it under Payments due.
- The invoice has a due date. How many days you get is in your profile, under Terms. For most accounts it is 14 days.
- Pay it by that date. Card, bank transfer, or from your balance.
- If you do not, you get a few more days — the grace days, also in your Terms. After those, the credit line is frozen.
Look at the picture above. The panel tells you all of it before it happens: the amount, the date it is due, and the date the line would be frozen.
What "frozen" means
- You cannot spend the credit line any more.
- You can still order using your own balance or your card.
- Your old orders keep moving. Nothing already sent is stopped.
Pay the invoice and the line opens again by itself. Nobody has to be asked.
Paying an invoice
Press Pay and choose:
- Card — instant.
- Bank transfer — we show you the account and a code. Put that code in the payment. It is how we find your money. Without it, matching it takes days.
- From your balance — if you have enough.
You may also pay part of an invoice. Each invoice says the smallest amount it will accept.
What is coming
Coming up shows what will be invoiced soon, before it is. Use it to plan.
Every movement, in one list
Statement is the full history: every top-up, every order paid, every refund, and the balance after each one. The document number next to a line is the order or the invoice it belongs to.
If a line looks wrong, ask us and quote that number. It is the fastest way for us to look at the same row you are looking at.
