Your first screen

The first screen answers three questions: how much money you have, how the month is going, and whether anything is waiting for you.

The money at the top

• Available to spend — what you can use for orders right now.
• Balance — money you have already put in.
• Credit line — money we lend you, and how much of it is used.

If we are about to send you an invoice, it says so here, with the date and the amount. Nothing to do yet — it is a warning, not a bill.

Your numbers

Under the money: orders, money spent, average order, delivered, and how many parcels are moving right now.

You can switch between the last 30, 90 or 365 days. Each number is compared with the period before it, so you can see if it is going up or down.

Needs attention

This box only appears when something is actually waiting for you:

• orders that are not paid yet;
• questions where we have replied and you have not.

If the box is not there, nothing needs you. That is good news.
