Your details and your terms
Profile has five tabs. Only the first one is about you; the rest are about your company.
You
Your name, your phone number, and your password. Change them whenever you like.
Your company
Company details — the name, the address, the tax numbers — are shown but cannot be typed over.
To change them, press the button and send us the new details. We check them and apply them. You can see the request while it waits, and take it back if you sent it by mistake.
This is not us being difficult: these details go on invoices and on customs papers, so somebody has to look.
The name on the parcel
The Shipping tab holds the sender name your customer sees on the parcel. Usually your shop's name, not ours.
What you are told about
Choose what you want to hear about: orders, money, questions, and system news.
Today these arrive in the panel, on the bell at the top. Email and text messages are being prepared — you can see them in the list, switched off.
Your terms
The numbers your account runs on:
- Currency — the money everything is counted in.
- Days to pay — how long you have after an invoice is issued.
- Smallest payment — the least you may pay of an invoice at once.
- Grace days — the extra days after the due date before the credit line is frozen.
- Credit limit — the most you may borrow at any time.
These are your numbers. If you think they should be different, ask us.
