Getting started

You sign in with your email and your password. That is all you need.

After that you are on your first screen. The menu on the left is the whole panel.

What each part is for

• Dashboard — how your month is going.
• Orders — everything you have sent.
• Catalogue — everything you can sell.
• Address book — addresses you use again.
• Wallet — your money.
• Tickets — your questions to us.
• Team — your colleagues.
• Profile — your details and your terms.

Your balance is always on the screen

At the top of every page you can see how much you can spend right now. You never have to go looking for it.

Next to it: a search box, a bell for news, and your account menu. The search box finds a product by its code (SKU) and an order by its number.

Before we have checked your company

When your account is new, we check your company first. This takes a short time.

While we are checking:

• You can look at everything: products, prices, your profile.
• You cannot place an order or move money yet.

The buttons are still there. They are switched off, and each one says why. Nothing is hidden from you.

When the check is done, the buttons work. Nobody has to tell you — they simply work.

Changing the language

Open your account menu at the top right and pick a language. The panel remembers it for next time.
