Following your orders
Orders lists everything you have sent, newest first.
What the state means
- Awaiting payment — we are waiting for money. Nothing moves yet.
- In preparation — paid; the warehouse is packing it.
- Shipped — a courier has it.
- Partly delivered — one parcel arrived, another is still moving.
- Delivered — your customer has it.
- Cancelled — it will not be sent.
You can show only one state with the filter, and search by order number or tracking number.
One order
Open an order and you see, in this order:
- How far it has got — placed, paid, packed, shipped, delivered.
- The parcels — what is in each one and which warehouse it left.
- Tracking — the courier's number and every step it has taken.
- Documents — open or download them.
- The money — goods, delivery, tax, total.
What you can do
- Pay — when the order is waiting for money. One button.
- Repeat — start a new order with the same address and the same products.
- Ask about it — opens a question already linked to this order, so we know which one you mean.
- Cancel — while the warehouse has not started. After that, ask us and we will try.
An order that is waiting for money is not reserved forever. Pay it, or cancel it, so the stock goes back.
